Music Trips (musictrip.online, "the site") helps you build concert trips: shows, itineraries, activities and stays. This page explains what the site stores, how cookies are used, and how advertising works.
What is stored
Your trips and plans are saved in your own browser (local storage). They leave your device only when you use the share or email features, or when you pick favorite artists, which sync as described below.
Favorites and Google sign-in: artists you mark as favorites are stored in a private database (Supabase) so they can sync - under a random anonymous device ID before sign-in, and under your Google numeric ID after you sign in with Google. Only that numeric ID is stored: never your email, name or profile picture. The Google sign-in token is used once to verify you with Google and is never stored. YouTube and Spotify connections work the same way: their tokens stay in your browser and are never sent to our database. "Delete my stored data" removes every server-side favorites row for your device and your account.
Newsletter: if you subscribe, your email address, subscription status and consent record are stored in a private database (Supabase) and emails are sent via Resend. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
Analytics: the site records anonymous usage events (for example, which features are used) to improve the product. These events are not sold.
Music-service connections: if you connect Spotify or YouTube, the connection is used only to read your artists for recommendations. Access tokens are not stored in any mailing list.
Advertising and cookies
The site shows ads served by Google AdSense.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other sites on the web.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites.
Visitors from the EEA, UK and Switzerland see a consent message where required, and can change or withdraw consent at any time.
Partner links
Some links to activities, tickets and stays are partner links: if you book through them, the site may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Prices and availability are always shown and confirmed on the partner's site.
What is never done
The site does not sell your personal information, does not share your trips or email for marketing by others, and does not run ads on pages aimed at children.
